Competition law has become increasingly important for all commercial operations. ENN provides advice, inter alia, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other kinds of co-operations, and on questions related to collaborations which restrict competition and abuse of a dominant position. ENN also assists in filing applications and notifications with the competition authorities.
The rules and regulations governing public procurement are complicated and a number of procurements are subjected to retrials. ENN advises on the application of the rules and assists in disputes before courts of law in conjunction with public procurement.
