A successful work with sports related legal
issues does not only require a high legal competence but also a sensitiveness
for and understanding of the reality of the sports movement. Many
of the legal questions in connection with sports, are also of current
interest in the entertainment world in general. That applies in particular to issues related to various kinds of intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademarks.
ENN combines a high legal competence with experience from own activities
in the Swedish sports movement and entertainment sector. Our legal
assistance is currently used by associations, clubs and individual
sportsmen as well as by event arrangers, arena owners, holders of
various intellectual property rights and other commercial actors
within sports and by artists, record companies and publishers et cetera.
